Coaches need the option to have an email notification when clients use the coaching chat box.
So do clients - probably even more so, as they are in there less than a coach (naturally) - so one has to make the comments, then go and notify them on another channel again as well (email, SMS, Msngr, WhatsApp 'et al).
This should increase client engagement massively!
